- Crushed anise
Pour 1/4 of a liter of boiling water over one teaspoon of crushed anise (can be done in a mortar) and strain after 10 minutes.
- Anise is an effective remedy against flatulence that strengthens the stomach and is also a good ally to counter cough that is used for infusion.
- For coughs, take from 2 to 5 cups a day, sweetened with honey. This tea is especially suitable for young children.
- To combat flatulence and stomach pain, take 2 to 5 unsweetened cups daily.
