Dam good value
So design wise I love this frame, big fat arms, multiple options for assembly (you can do X style or deadcat, and the plate that sandwiches the arms can be undermounted, or mounted inside the frame (which diminishes stack clearance, but allows a slick bottom plate for under mounting battery), a plethora of camera mount options, etc etc. The hardware pack leaves a little to be desired, mine was short a set of motor mount screws, as well as the press nuts. Ive got an assorted stainless steel m3 hardware set off Amazon that remedied this. Would have also liked to have seen loc-tite pre applied to

Great Utility Frame - 6mm Arms rule for budget bashers
These is a seriously underrated frame in terms of being able to just get out there and fly. Some builds (especially with Emax Eco2 motors and budget stacks), you can fly these with full aggression, because they aren't pricy quads. The thicker 6mm arms absolutely party, and overall frame is stout. I wish the mounting accommodated more than just a Vista for DJI Digital, but that's a very minor complaint. Built mine as analog quads, and they fly effortlessly. Somewhat more importantly, despite the deadcat layout of the frame it flies locked in. Always apply blue loctite to the threads of bolts wh

Solid 7" frame
I haven't put my hands on the other "versions" of the TBS S1 V3 frame that other shops sell but I've heard RDQ's is one of the better ones. The plates come pre chamfered and press nuts already installed which is awesome. The hardware is solid, and I'm glad there was extra 10mm M3 screws. This is because the M3 screws that came with my motors weren't long enough to accommodate the thick arms + TPU soft mounts so I switched them for the frame top plate ones (10mm is overkill for a top plate anyways). ALTHOUGH if you're using a 4in1 and FC that both have the taller vibration isolating grommets, I

excellent frame, like all previous source ones
I bought this frame for a long range build. It is on the heavy side, but I wanted something with extra durability. What surprised me was the blackbox. This is a very clean frame. I'm not using grease, and I installed arms on the inside, which is not how it was initially intended. Some cons: the frame is extremely heavy. This is definitely a 6s build with big beefy motors. Also even the deadcat still has props on camera.

This frame flies great in
This frame flies great in my opinion. Less than $40 shipped to your door can't be beat. Deadcat arms take most of the props out of view. I built one for long range analog runnin 1300kv/ bi-blades and was so impressed by it I'm now building a DJI version for my daily ripper on 1700kv/tri-blades. Nobody freestyles a deadcat 7" so far me to build 2 of these to fly the crap out of says a lot. I also have two 5" quads.

Nice
Price is good. Implementation of Source One by RDQ is very good. Knurled stands are good. I wish it had a slightly higher upper deck because the body is short the space is limited. For LR I need extra BEC, DVR board and second FPV camera. Should it be taller than 30mm it would leave more vertical mounting space. I'm thinking now to use individual ESCs for that reason. It is Nice practical frame, perhaps to improve I would add the tail TPU for SMA and T mount even if it adds to the price.

No better deal!
What an amazing value! I cant believe what you get for the price. The 6mm thick arms are something else. The only thing holding back a 5 star is the lack of appropriate height stack hardware. Very rigid frame with the right amount of flex. Very easy to tune.

This is a great frame
This is a great frame for the $. Very robust and love the chamfered carbon. Plenty of space for the build, and the carbon is great quality. The hardware worked for my build but may need additional longer screws for a 30mm stack. Props are in view from the regular fpv camera mounting position, but not for a gopro.

Best Budget 7" Frame
The best budget 7" frame you can buy. Not only does it looks great, but the cut and very clean with smooth edges. The is the most cost is lower than anything else you can find. This frame is very strong and can take a beating.

Good 7 Frame!
For the price tag, its a solid 7 quad frame! The arms are 6mm thick, so IDK if its an over-sight, but this kit came with screws that are way to short for securing the arms to the sandwich plate. The screws that I got are perfect for the 5 frame, which I have as well. Not a big deal, I have plenty of screws that made this work! There is alot of carbon dust on the frame, so wash your hands after building. All in all, if youre looking to build a 7 quad, this frame is as good, if not better, than most costing over double its price tag!

Very good frame, nice price but...
Hardware is downright insufficient, not enough screws. Carbon looks very good, nicely machined, but dusty and requires a good rinse before handling. Dead cat design will keep the props out of shot. Sturdy yet a little on the heavy side. Only takes full size cameras (nobody uses them) a micro is possible but you'll need a bracket which is not supplied. No antenna mount, but plenty options are available around.

Good frame good price
The frame arms and plates were all well done, beveled and drilled with no imperfections. The hardware selection was acceptable on my frames. My frame runs Brother hobby motors, Clracing f7 and 4in1,full size falkor, akk vtx, and r9. This frame builds and flys well, and holds up well to poor flying. For the money you can't go wrong. And best of all rdq will get this frame and anything else you need to you fast, and stand behind it

Bench Review:
I purchased this frame because of the open-source platform, and I'm pleased so far with its quality. Sturdy and well-cut carbon, everything seems symmetrical. My only complaint would be the hardware, the M3s for the bottom all protruded more than I was hoping, So i used my own hardware. There will never be a shortage of 3D print files for this frame, so this is also a great frame if you want to get into 3D printing.

Great frame for the cost
I enjoyed building this simplistic frame. There is lots of space and the material is quality. I would recommend this frame to anyone getting into long distance flying. So far it has taken a beating without breaking.

Included hardware is inadequate
The frame is nice and the carbon is cut very well. My only gripe is the screws for mounting motors were no where near long enough. The stack mounting screws were also too short. Other than that it has performed well.

Needs a better hardware kit
Would be 5 but the included hardware didn't work seems like the same hardware that I got when I built a 5 inch source one from rdq so hey should look at making a better hardware kit but the carbon frame is nice, like that the deadcat style arms keeps the props out of view.
