We had our saniflo pump for 10 years before I realized we were supposed to use this product. So 10 years of gunk and build-up took a toll on our toilet. I used half of product as directed on the label, and let it set for the determined hours recommended on label and it is now running like a new pump. No issues at all. It simply works. Yes it's expensive, but it beats the alternative of replacing your pump. -

I used this back in early July and didn't see any improvement at the time so I gave it a 4. Since then I used the other half of the bottle in the Shower Drain attached to the SaniFlo. The drain was running slow and often there was standing water after finished showering. Now the drain is clear and water doesn't pool in the shower basin. I don't know if the second application worked to improve the Unit or if it cleared the drain, or both. Anyway, the unit is functioning as desired and water doesn't build up in the shower basin so I am pleased to raise my review to a 5. I will definitely purchas
