kctepegiftsHighly recommended!I am glad I decided to size up a bit. It leaves room for growing during the third trimester, but still fits good now as the straps are adjustable and so easy to work with. Do NOT hold your bladder while wearing the belt because you may not have enough time to get it off when you're running to go! I haven't tried hot or cold packs in the back just yet but what a grand extra! I have severe round ligament pain and this product helps. It just gets slightly uncomfortable if I sit with it on too long and makes my belly look a little pointy if that makes any sense. I can see and feel a huge differenc
