A caregiver recommended this for my mother many years ago. It is not only a great product for use & protection & a barrier against diaper rash/chafing ~ but I then began using it as a hand lotion. This hand creme by Medline has the highest concentration of dimethicone, 5%, that I've ever seen listed in a hand creme. Which is super important if your hands are rough, red, chapped, or super dry! I like to have plenty of this handy during the winter to keep the skin on my hands intact and in good condition. And I often pass it along to my grown children, husband and other family members. Everyone I've shared it with gives it a 5 star rating,especially those who work with their hands or who have to wash their hands frequently.
