    Keeps the house air cleaner. We have four cats and two dogs without this filter our home would be a mess. We also have not been sick from flu, and the common colds and allergies compared to when we used a lesser filter. We recently went through the smoke from the fires in California. Our air quality outside was 376 which is very bad and life threatening. As you may know heavy smoke can invade your home. This filter was a big help it made a difference to the inside air. After the smoke was gone I changed the filter and could see that the filter had done its job. Believe me all filters are not t

    What a difference these make versus the budget filters! SO much more gets removed from the air we breath. We live in an apartment and they supply the cheapest, ( NOT Filtrete ) filters which don't really filter much. I replace our filters every 2 months because the filters get so much debris from the air, it actually gets covered in yuk. Mind you, that is what we can see and if that is getting cleaned from the air, you can only begin to imagine how filthy the ducts are from literally decades of running with 400 Merv filters.
