    Good bag, poor support

Posted by justfil in hartmann on Dec 25th 2018

Good quality, perfect size, not too big, not too small; the leather trim is very good quality. The only thing missing is a key hook. I would have given it 5 stars without hesitation except for the fact that customer service after the sale leaves a lot to be desired. I wouldn't know where to start so I will leave it at that. And having to sign off on terms and conditions of the review sounds more like a threat than a great company looking for customer feedback.

    Disappointed long Hartmann client

Posted by Texas Disappointed in hartmann on Dec 25th 2018

After years of seeing my parents purchase beautiful Hartmann leather products we decided to gift my Dad a backpacksince his old one is getting pretty worn out. Much to our surprise the backpack arrived and although aesthetically pleasing was not made out of leather. We felt deceived by the pictures in the Hartmann website which depict a leather look backpackmuch like the ones Hartmann has manufactured for years. So I guess we are out of luck now, right? Id be curious if anyone will read this and much less respond.
