The Convatec Avelle Negative Pressure Wound Therapy (NPWT) dressing is designed to deliver negative pressure wound therapy in synergy with Hydrofiber Technology. This canister-less, sterile, single-use dressing features a gentle silicone adhesive border to secure it in place and a foam layer that evenly distributes a negative pressure of 80 mmHg across the wound bed. It helps remove excess fluids, locks in harmful exudate and bacteria, and provides a showerproof bacterial and viral barrier to promote a moist healing environment.
