Pre-Cut ileostomy bags come with the wafer or skin barrier already cut to accommodate the stoma. It is the preferred option when the stoma size is well defined. For a non-rounded stoma or right after surgery (a stoma shrinks the weeks following surgery), the best option is a Cut-to-Fit ileostomy bag.
