Kimberly Clark - Scott Specialties - 07223 - Jrt Jr Jumbo Roll Bathroom Tissue, 1 - Ply

We purchased two six packs of the Scott JRT Jumbo Roll 1-ply Bathroom Tissue, because, like many other people, we couldn't find any bathroom tissue in the store. And we , and others we know, were in need of tp. The tissue is quite thin, and you need to triple fold it if you don't want to be wiping your behind with your fingers. But, there is plenty of it, and it will last a family for a long time. However, it is not as soft or as absorbent as the normal Scott rolls that you buy at the grocery store. I would recommend it only in times like these, as it will do the job. Otherwise, I'd never purchase it again.

We now regularly buy these big rolls instead of the normal rolls. We tried them during the pandemic last year since they were the only things we could find online, but we will continue to buy these even though regular supplies of TP have met up with demand. We are lucky enough that our toilet roll dispenser sticks out from the wall enough that these fit! They last WAY longer than regular rolls. They are are 2-ply, although each ply is really, really thin. But two of them are okay. We're used to the Scott 1-ply regular rolls, so these are fine for us. They do not have perforations so you do have to rip off your amount with two hands.

A few years ago I started to buy Commercial Rolls of toilet paper for the house because NO one would replace the toilet paper rolls. A typical commercial roll can last you 2 weeks with out replacing 1 roll! Seriously... If you have a problem with those in your home who do not replace 1 small roll of toilet tissue, buy your rolls this way. Just have a spare roll in your bathroom because yep.. they too even get lazy to replace this roll.
