I don’t get headaches very often but when I do, they are monsters! It’s always been hard to find something that truly works for me, I’ve tried Aleve, Advil, Excedrin and a few other ones with little to no results… my wife’s kidney doctor told us to stay away from Aleve and Advil both because they were hard on your kidneys… These work! they are classified as NSAIDs so my wife can’t take them because she’s had a kidney transplant, but when I get a headache these are about the only thing that show me results… acetaminophen, aspirin, and a little caffeine… Whatever combination they use in these works good for me, snd they seem to work fast! Actually… It’s the best (and cheapest) over-the-counter “ headache” medication I’ve ever taken!

This product is a generic version of Excedrin Extra Strength. The active ingredients are exactly the same. I was happy to find this product at a reasonable price with free shipping, because you certainly can't find the brand-named product, or most other generic equivalents right now. Apparently, like so many other staples, this pain reliever is also being hoarded by the idiotic panic-buyers. I have osterarthritis in my hands, and I can't get through at day without at least one dose of this pain reliever.
