    Purchase of DOHM white noise machine

    There is nothing quite like a DOHM white noise machine. I surely missed mine and was a happy gal when it arrived. Great customer service! I know you post that shipping is between 3-8 days, which almost put me off ordering from you. I can't use ear plugs but for a night here and there as they irritate my inner ears. It took 4 days for this product to even get out to UPS..why so long? Then a transfer to USPS??? Our POffice doesn't always accept UPS, so I was fortunate not to have to wait longer. I'm curious why my package went to UPS first and then to USPS?? It could have gone straight USPS OR U

    Excellent Customer Service

    In September I purchased a Rohm Travel Sound Machine from Yogasleep. Unfortunately, it stopped working after only a month. I called Customer Service and spoke with Lyndsey. She immediately sent out an email with a Support Request Form. I filled that out. Within a day, I heard from Ethan from Customer Support with instructions for documenting the defective unit. He gave me the option of getting my money back, replacing that same type of sound machine, or getting a different type of sound machine from Yogasleep. I chose a different model and within a week, I received it. The whole process was qu
