    The collars are soft yet durable. The collars keep the Trach Tube secure without the sensation of being strangled. I will continue using these collars for many more years.

    I have been using the "Marpac Tracheostomy Trach Collar with Velcro Adjustment" over 10 years now. I am completely satisfied with this product.

    These are the most comfortable collars I have found but they could still be improved.

    My current favorite trach collar

    Marpac's 204D is my current favorite trach collar. I have been a quadriplegic and ventilator user since 1997. I've tried different types and brands over the years, and this is among the best I have used, if not the best. I like the quality and that it is solid white. We generally change my trach collar once per week. I cannot comment on the comfort, because I cannot feel it.
