I was very disappointed in them. I was expecting briefs and they are more like a diaper. If you are changing them by yourself it is literally impossible. You need someone in back to hold the back up while you or someone else is trying to tape the sides closed. So the name is very deceiving.

The rating is based solely on the adult briefs which were shipped promptly and in excellent condition. However, the shipper stored the box in an area where a colony of ants entered into the box and were released out when I brought the box into my house. I ended up having to eliminate the flying ants which numbered in several dozen.

I have been using these briefs for years on my disabled mother. They are very absorbent, rarely leak, and high quality. They used them in the rehab hospital where my mother stayed for 3 months.

I have incontenence %26 usually can't hold my bladder long enough to make it to the ladies room, maybe 5-10 seconds ? These can hold any accidents from my tiny bladdersworth at lest twice, if I am out somewhere for long periods, or even overnight (if i dont have very much water or drink wine in the evening)... although they can leak a bit at night esp. if side sleeping %26/or if the diaper isn't securely adorned.. I learned to do a double check that I've fastened the bottom tapes snuggly %26 flared the leak guards out!! Either way, it's not a terrible amount of leakage, and placing an absorbent pad underneath my tush is enough to catch any little pee that somehow manages to stream out at night and save my oh so precious overpriced mattress.
