These are durable brush heads. They are about a medium softness. I was hoping for something soft and easy on my gums but they are not that. I recommend the Sonicare DiamondClean if you want softer heads, but if that doesn't matter too much, these heads are great and a good buy!!! -

I have owned my Philips Sonicare toothbrush for a few years now and love it. The Sonicare C2 Optimal Plaque Defence brush head is a great brush head for it. It reaches easily to all parts of the mouth and really cleans deeply in between each tooth. My teeth feel dentist-clean after brushing, it really has made a difference to my plaque build up and I like the fact that it has medium bristles. The click on attachment means that changing the brush head is no issue. All in all, this is a fantastic brush head to use with your Sonicare toothbrush.
