My legs are pretty solid from years of sports and weightlifting. This has held up well in my use after hip replacement surgery. I have been using it for 2 weeks now. It is solid yet has some give to it so that it can be shaped to different areas of my foot and bends a bit helping getting in and out of suv. -

I have foot drop and neurological issues that cause my plantar fascia to cramp and tighten. I bought this so I could stretch my foot while laying in bed and it works perfect! One loop has the wire through it so I could shape it like a stirrup. The whole thing is a thick sturdy woven nylon.
