When I call , place an order and tell them to please rush the order. I don't expect to get a rush shipment over a week later! It seems that the Rep. taking the order does not know what's in the ware house (inventory on hand) . Don't tell me the order will ship that day when the order was shipped 4 days later. Get your act together! This happens almost every time.
