Worked beautifully, for me, after surgery!

I just recently had surgery on both of my hands. When leaving the hospital, the nurse handed me, a hospital-issued "cold pack", to use for swelling and pain. I came home and used it for a few hours. It was easy to see, that it wasn't well made and didn't seem to be working very well. So, I had my husband, to run out and get me a Nexcare Hot/Cold Pack. I knew just what I wanted. As I had seen them, the week prior, while buying band aids. Well, he brought it home and got it opened for me. And right away, I felt instant relief, within minutes. I could only use the Cold one, but it was so soothing -

I love the Nexcare Reusable Hot/Cold Packs! I had back surgery in 2009 and I bought three of them (so I could rotate and always have one frozen). I kept one for heat and used the other two cold. They really helped, stayed hot/cold for a long time and are still being used! My husband just used the same packs that I had in 2009. I have recommended these to many, many people and I know quite a few that have purchased them, they love them too! So much better than ice or frozen vegetables - no leaking or wetness.
