I am a retired nurse who purchased this sphygmomanometer for my fiance. It arrived today and we were both pleased it is such high medical quality. Other machines were similar, but at a higher cost. I am very pleased with this purchase and know that it will relieve our fears. He has recently diagnosed with hypertension and hypertension is known as the silent killer. This BP monitor is the best one I ever had. I was so impressed that another was purchased for a relative that surly needed one. We find the product to be very accurate.
