Bought this so my daughter and I each have one for me considering she's my Health Advocate. Many loves here.... Comes in a 2 pack, expandable so you can write all of your health information instead of just the basics (I take alot of meds and have lots of health issues).I was able to fit everything on it. It's double sided to fit even more information., Fits easily in my wallet, has a protective envelope to keep it from getting messed up. And the price is right. I bought some plastic card /badge holders with clips so I can clip it to my clothes when I'm not carrying my wallet. My daughter has A -

When I first received my wallet card, I tossed it in a drawer and paid no attention to it. Then one day my husband had to be taken to the hospital and had no emergency contact information on him. He was able to call me, but I thought of the wallet card and immediately filled it out for him, and ordered 10 more (one for me and the rest will be Christmas gifts for my sister and friends! Very valuable item to have in your purse or wallet.
