The petite closed toe knee highs usually wear well and look nice. I need these for one leg that is shorter than the other. I can wear the regular knee highs on my other leg. Both the petite and the regular hose run a little bit shorter to a little bit longer than the average hose that is made for their length. You never know quite what length you are getting but I love the weave of these hose and I can mix & match between the 2 sizes which works well for me. These are good and a good value. I have worn them for years. Fit has been an issue at times however. This time the length from heel to the open toe is very short. The stocking only covers half my foot to about an inch or so above the ball of my foot. I wear a size 10 shoe. Other times the length from heel to top of stocking is too short and it wont stay up at my thigh. Some stockings have been good fit all over. Ive bought over 70 pair over the years. Admittedly, I have long legs. Im 59. Bottom line, these are not as consistently made as I would like to expect.
