Heres the problem, as stated in the title, the headboard and footboard & a Part of a motor arrived first. After two weeks back-and-forth on the phone and was promised I would get a phone call back was hilarious and then trying to make them understand that the frame and the rest of the bed was missing was a huge issue. Finally on the third week an operator named Nicole help solve my problem and actually called me back and let me know that the rest of the bed was not put on the truck in the first place (which by the way is delivered by an 18 wheeler). This bed works very well for those who aren't able to sit up in bed by themselves or get out of bed. The patient is able to use the controller him/herself. The up and down of the bed may be a little noisy but certainly doesn't sound like a thrashing machine in my opinion. The other controls run quiet and smoothly.
